Thank you. Sadly if my uncle's neighbor hadn't taken those pictures and sent them to us I wouldn't even have those. Between case work, grad school and getting all the legal stuff for our house build squared away I haven't had a whole lot of time to take pictures. I think in the spring when I switch back to mowing gear from snow gear I'll pay my little cousin $20 to wash the exterior and interior of my tractor really well and give it a coat of wax. Maybe then I'll take a full spread of pictures and show my baby off in all her glory. I really do like this tractor.

Here's my Kubota BX25 clearing hard packed snow and ice. This is not a typical snow fall for this area (we usually get lots of deep snow with higher drifts) but thought you might like to see the action.

should be unstoppable now! Rears too?

A buddy got these for his "fronts" but were too big. (Craigslist-$300) He was nice enough to sell them to me. Labbonville gets $1695 for the rears so they'll have to wait. Studded Farm, Grader, and Loader Chains - 18S8T
to fit the 18.4/30's on the rear. I got this set legnth'ed up an on today and boy are they like ice magnets!

Rusty,

I doubt you'd need rear chains in addition to the front chains, but if so, they are priced at 600-700 for super aggressive ice chains. The ones you see on labonville are more for heavier applications and full time loggers.

I have similar front chains and they do work great for ice/snow. Be aware however that they will put small chips in concrete and asphalt.

Just love the BX, it sure does handle that snow, I had a BX23TLB at one time , sure do miss that small but powerful tractor. Good job.
