I think we have a new phrase for messing up the laundry. We can call it "Larro Laundered."

Don't just wash it, Larro it!
Larro's custom cleaning and dyeing.
I murdered four or five wool blend sweaters once. Washed them in hot water. They came out of the dryer in some very odd proportions. I don't do sweaters anymore. It's forbidden. :laughing: In my defense however, they were all the correct colors when I was done with them. :dance1:

Don't be silly. As soon as I got to the car and realized I didn't have my keys in my pants pocket {because I didn't have on any pants} I would have gone back in the house and got them. {along with my pants}

Sometimes you can stretch wool sweaters out and they'll still be usable. I had to do this with a Navy sweater one time.
I don't have any wool sweaters anymore...just not a sweater guy. But I do have wool vests and one liner (for a coat). Strictly a dry cleaning for those items.
I am good at tossing colors in with whites though...my wife doesn't allow me to do the wash any more.

I do my jeans and shirts, but can't get near Margie's. She does let me do socks and underwear. Any thing else I leave to her.

I think the deciding factor for my wife was when my washing the clothes resulted in pink skivvies...my skivvies, BTW

Good Morning! The poor kitty (Gray2) was crying that he was cold (it is a windy 32˚outside) and wanted to seep in the utility room so I got up and as I was carying him through the house I noticed a mouse in his mouth :shocked: so I quickly took him back to the door. I'm waiting a few minutes for him to finish. Good night.
