Welcome japody. I used to live in Richmond, then moved up to Staunton in the mountains - God's country - to retire. But my kids all live inthe Richmond area - one in the city and one in Chesterfield. It's not a bad place, for a city.

Thanks. Actually, we are in Richmond but have a farm near South Hill. I've finally retired and will be transitioning there full time.

You're not kidding about your area being "God's country". I've spent some time there recently on several occasions, and wish that I could pack up and move there myself.
