We're on 3 acres just outside Ottawa, Canada's capital, in a nice quiet subdivision. We've been there for about 12 years and like the property and location so much that we decided to stay and renovate as opposed to doing the smart thing and moving. So we put an addition on the house, changed the layout of almost every room in the house and continue to work indoors and out to get things the way want. We just finished a kitchen renovation where we moved the kitchen to a different area of the house and moved some walls. Here are some pics from the 3 projects I have pictures of here at work. I didn't tackle the kitchen, the others are me.

Thanks, that's really nice to hear. It was a huge project that tested my resolve and I'm VERY proud of the results, especially since it hasn't moved/settled at all in the past 3 years.
