yeah, but you have a lot of "scary" hours on sloped ground on your tractor, now, and I bet your bucket hasn't been that high since!

Congratulations on your new tractor, we are very happy with our 5740, spent several hours bush hogging and hauled some rock yesterday. I may be the exception, but it took me quite a while to get use to and fully appreciate the HST+.
Have your camera handy, mine hasn't been clean since the day it was delivered, so get pictures while you can.

guys thanks so much for the kind words and for all your help- Am arranging shipping now- This is going to be a surprise gift for my Dad who just turned 80- He has been using a 1983 L275 but just cant shift anymore-

Congrats on an excellent purchase. Your Dad has a great son and soon will have a great tractor. That's going to be some big step up from an L275. Did the old tractor have a loader? If not, be sure to get him familiar with what it does to weight distribution and stability.
