I sure try to, I am a researcher by nature and always try to learn as much as I can, I learned early in life the benefits of knowledge and pitfalls of the lack thereof.

Thats how I picked the guy to work on our hot water heating system (oil boiler+wood boiler+indirect hot water heater). He was the first person who could take a look at it and tell me something I hadn't already figured out.

I am using Crome for my Browser, with Google Dictionary. All I have to do when there is a word or acronym that I don't know is double click it and the definition shows above it.

TLA (Three-Letter Acronym)

Also use Urban Dictionary, September 13: generation xerox a lot

That would be Okay (OK). Seriously, this is very good advise. Also, include the manufacturer, not just the model number.
