Hi,
I'm putting my F163 back together and can't remember where these parts go. There are two, both the same and they have spring clips to attach to something and they are about 6" long. Thanks

First off I don't know. They look like baked on oil - maybe oil deflectors inside the tappet access panel on the side of the block?
I hope someone knows more than I do cuts in...

Just right, there are six square openings in the block casting in the valve compartment that these cover to deflect oil.
