Wasn't aware until I came back to this thread my most recent post was repeated. It has nothing to do with me; it's been happening in threads all over TBN. I also did not receive notice of more posts having been added, as I would normally, being subscribed to the thread.

I have been a critic of Lak in the past, but I must give him credit, (even if this is a tractor site), for setting up a 501(c)(3). As one who has served on charitable boards and been involved in setting up a charitable org, it is not easy to do. Voluminous paper work.
If you go to Charity Navigator, the largest charity rating organization, you will find KANUWODI ART RETREAT listed.
It is too small to be rated, but it exists, has an EIN number and donations are tax deductible.
Now back to listening to all the Grumpys.

So there was a no-start / intermittent-start condition and nobody found a loose bolt on the starter for 6 MONTHS Nice. Sounds like those guys are excellent mek-an-eeks.

Now buying a tractor far out of state, shopping on price, when you have no means of transport? Yeah, that's not that smart. The phrase "Penny wise, pound foolish" comes to mind. No dealer is expected to transport a tractor for free under warranty. Many tractors even have stickers on them indicating as such.

Your oil leak doesnt look like a big deal to fix. Its hard to tell from your pics, but it looks like a blown out gasket between the sections of the 3pt valve. Just a few hours of work.

Fixing tractors on a tractor site, what a concept!
Good call on the 3PH gasket Scooby074.
That's how the site's meant to work....

This thread has nothing to do with parades, this thread is devoted to berating the OP and telling him how to run his life and all the ways we think he's screwed up over the years. Yes yes, parades are nice, nobody can deny that, but TBN should be a place we can all come together to make somebody else feel 3 inches tall. Besides, what do parades have to do with tractors?

We had funds until my daughter got sick and I did haul it once. i renting a truck and a trailer to enfield Nh when it was upper valley and the mechanic there said everything was fine. I also help my grandparents with there bills and help the non profit out that we helped start. Then I also help family's when there kid takes there life by making a urn we helped pay for one kids drug treatment. Then my 10 yr old help split 16 cords of wood last year to help family heat there homes. Also have people not paying there bills they owe deveaugallery. I grew up on a farm and in a town that you help who ever you can even if you go with out. By the way my dealer in NJ said to use when we bought there was free transport for the first couple years but that was another lie when it came to the second day of owning it. Because northwood offered free pick up if you bought a MF

I'm closer to the native ancestor then most half native or people who have a little bit in them. As my grandmother is on the council and they deal with people who have a little bit of Native American blood trying to get free money and other thing. I could have gone to college for free and get money but I don't because that is as my grandmother says is greed the part of you that has white man in you. I have done art auction to help raise funds to help Native American children have a bet chance of a future.

Hey All,
I have to make a statement on this thread as while I do have my faults, we have never worked on this man's tractor while I was the owner of Upper Valley Tractor! We have 1 transaction in our computer for the purchase of a set of filters last year...
Quote from Landedkioti:I had my tractor looked at from kioti dealer I brought it to Dave at upper valley tractor and that mechanic told us that everything was fine no leaks. I went there because everyone said he was a great mechanic.

I do not know when this was supposed to have happened, but this man seems to have every problem possible with his tractor. While I do have my faults, getting Kioti to step up and cover something marginal was a specialty of myself and Rob(who still works for Twin State). IF you have all these problems I am sure one of your parishioners has a law degree and can donate his time to write a letter to Kioti for you. They do not like litigation or bad press (TBN is not a medium that they worry too much about).
Write a letter and get a company rep up to see the tractor with a tech and stop dragging your problems out month after month on this forum. It's not working for you.
You seem like a nice man when you bought the filters, but it is way past the time where you have to take the bull(Kioti) by the horns and get this settled.
Good Luck,
KiotiDave

Yeah you did when we bought the filters you had him look at are away to vt so be he could find a issue so we left help my grandperants with the rest of there clean up with Irene. I also sent to of my friends two you shop that where looking but when they went to buy you closed. Told people to buy there filters from you got the three other kioti owners here to buy off you one was also looking and call for your price on a glow plug and the pice you gave was to rich for his blood on it and bought one from eBay for 20.00. I even tried to buy a rear blade off you on craiglist that you posted and never heard from you. I also heard from people how you treated them they would pm me here when I post about get filters off you how not to trust you but to trust the mechanic that worked there and are happy he runs it. I just sharing my experience with this tractor and even the other kioti owners that live down the road see this tractor and have tried to help say its a lemon. It cost me money when it's down and then I can't get things done for the non profit.

No one is implying that you stop with pursuing Kioti, that is if it is a real problem and not a misguided attempt to get something for nothing, but personal problems that plague you are of no concern of a tractor forum designed to help people with problems with their tractors. If you have personal problems seek professional help from someone in that area, this is a tractor forum.
Comanche's are much simpler -- All who have died are equal. -- I have adopted a newer version of my own -- In the end it matters not.

Going to mow some with the CK20 between rainstorms today, have a nice day.
