Plow: Which one is better buy?

If your tractor has R4 tires...with 16" shares/moldboards you may slip some even in good black dirt.Your tractor will be most likely heavy enough to pull it pretty easily,,I would guess.

Here are the pictures of the plow -- appears to be in very good condition excluding the surface rust.
Coulters spin easily and it does have the tail wheel.

Wow! That does look to be in nice shape. I think you will appreciate having a tailwheel ttoo.
I am not familiar with that plow but I am used to the coulter being a little more ahead of the moldboard. This is really short coupled keeping it right behind the tractor.

Your Ferguson plow looks likeit has been in a shed most of its life anyways. Still has the chain 'limiters' on the coulters even!
If you have some time to kill,you can do like I did,,and go to Blaines or any Tractor Supply store,,and get a quart of International Red,,and a quart of flat black enamel in the tractor paint section,,,,go to Dollar Tree and buy a $1 pack of 3" brushes and do the Earl Shieb 1 hour paint job on it.It is surprising how this will make the Ol Ferguson look sharp,,,at least for a while,,,!
