new to the forumn

Just joined the forumn after years of browsing . I am recently retired from the provincail Forestry Dept . Spent 30 years doing forestry research and silvicultre precriptions .
I own a 50 acre hardwod lot and a 20 acre xmas tree lot.
Upon retirement with the OK from my banker ( the wife ) ...i purchased a second hand 4300 JD with a Curtis Cab and a FEL. The tractor also has a hydraylic blade on the front . It's been used mostly for plowing snow and putting in wood .
I am looking eventually for a log winch .
I look forward to being a member
