Roy, had to believe your Real Estates agent is still in business :shocked::confused2:. still praying for you and a good outcome.

I think it'll be OK...I talked to her boss this afternoon.
I'm sure she'll deny contacting the oil company, or claim I gave her permission. I did talk to the customer service manager at the oil company and she did distinctly identify her self as my spouse.

Good evening, just fed the kids, oops, CATS. Got as high as 42 degrees today and they forecast in the 50's by Thursday. Weird. It's nice to get a break on heating bills but I kinda miss the snow. Soon-to-be-ex's has hired a pro mover to come and get her big stuff (china cabinet, curio cabinet, sofa and chairs, etc) on Thursday morning. Will not like having strangers tramping in and out but at least it beats having to move the stuff myself. Court hearing to finalize my divorce is Monday afternoon...just hope there are no surprises.

About Roy's experience with the real estate agent, back in the middle and late 80's I did photography and home inspection for a large local real estate firm. When I found something seriously wrong with a house (like a bad foundation wall) they would ask me how to conceal it so the prospective buyer did not see it. I should be ashamed of myself :laughing: but I was young and gullible back then.

01-09-2013 Currently 40 degrees. High of 58 expected. We had a big frost two mornings ago. The weather is flip flopping. Just like frog legs in a cast iron skillet.

9 degrees and a few clouds. Should see a high of 39 today.

Talked to the realtor's boss last night asking him to remove her from working with us on the house sale. Also talked to the oil company customer service manager (same person I had talked to previously). Apparently, she did identify her as my wife and the call lasted about 9 minutes.
I really hope this doesn't go legal (on her side or us) since we just want to sell the house. The good news is I've got several interested parties responding to my CL ad...doesn't appear to be any scammers or flippers this time.

This weekend we will have 70 degrees on Sunday supposedly. Looks like it will not hit freezing at night for most of the next 10 days.
