Weight of a LA 243 loader

I've looked everywhere to find out how much this loader weighs ,does anyone know? I'm gonna try and install this myself just wondering if I need help lifting or dragging it off trailer after i get it from dealer. :cool2::dance1:

Looks to be in the 375 lb range according to these specs.

Did you notice where you can download the specs in PDF form on the US site? Not quite as detailed as the Canadian site but still has a lot of information.

I too have often wondered that.

Kubota USA dont seem to offer the weights of their loaders or BH's on their website, but they ARE in the owners manual if you are getting a manual with the purchase.

But keep in mind that the weight of the loader is usually WITHOUT the bucket attached. IF you scroll farther down on that website, you see the bucket is listed @ 132#. So if the bucket is attached to the loader when you get it, it will be closer to the 600lb ballpark.:thumbsup:

Yeah, but the Canadian downloads are much better than the US downloads. I guess Kubota likes Canadians better, eh?

Picked it up this morning did'nt need the grill guard already had one $2300.00 out the door and I put it on in about 2 hrs .Played around with it for a few hours ,I should have listened to ya'll and got it when I got the tractor last dec but I still got 0% for 2years. Now many happy hrs to come!!!!:cool2:

My book says 619 lbs less the grille gaurd fo a LA243 loader. Hate to confuse you guys any more!

As a dealer it is quite frustrating as our northern neighbors have more options available then we do!!!!!

Like reggiejr posted the book that came with the LA 243 specifies loader 375 lbs, bucket 132 lbs = 507 lbs combined,also has LA 203 specs loader 346 lbs bucket 123 = 469 lbs.Now I need to save for a tiller:cool2::drink::cool2:

You're gonna get a ton of use out of that loader. You'll come up with all sorts of uses for it that you never would have thought about before you had it. Enjoy.

BX I struggled with the decision when I got my bx2660 and decided to get one. Haven't regreted it yet best money spent. You will reap the benefits for years to come.
