Look, I'm OK with honest spelling and grammatical errors. But to intentionally botch, no, butcher the english language is neither cute nor endearing. Not that I'm the TBN police, nor would I want there to be, but this is over the top ridiculous and childish.

From Huck Finn: “Yo' ole father doan' know yit what he's a-gwyne to do. Sometimes he spec he'll go 'way, en den agin he spec he'll stay. De bes' way is to res' easy en let de ole man take his own way. Dey's two angels hoverin' roun' 'bout him.” The reason for this is obvious in conveying the characters speech pattern and flavor of the time.

In normal day to day writing, the intent is to communicate, when one strays from commonly used words, spelling, grammar etc., one runs the risk of failing to be fully understood by others. Such writing appears to be an affectation and I do have trouble reading and understanding it.

Just a random observation that came to me after reading this.

Hi Lil Red

Looks like you have a severe water contamination problem. Is there anywere rain water is coming in,like a shifter boot or top plate cover with a bad gasket.

After cleaning screen and bottom of the housing out refill with new fluid, add 1/2 a bottle of isopropyl alcohol to the system to dry it out, run it for 15 min

or until filter plugs up, drain and refill with clean fluid. If you can park it in a shed or tarp it to keep it dry, that may help if you have a leak.

Send a picture of the fluid you drain next time. If you are still getting debris in fluid, try filtering it through an automtive type paint filter.

Did you get the fuel tank cleaned out, do not run without a fuel filter, injector pumps dont like debris or water.

lilred,

Your next step should be inspection of lift piston mechanism. It'll take 1 hr max and $10 cost to replace the nylon seal. I have sent you links and suggestions to correct. Have not heard feed back if you read them all or done some of the suggestions. You can abandon this thread and just follow the links and I'm confident you'll find all you need for a complete repair. You do not want to destroy you injector pump or the hyd pump, if you do so then that tractor would be scarp metal at best.
I have a link here for you that show how to replace injector pump oil that is separate from crankcase

JC,

good luck.

Wow this has gotta be the most active new member post! Welcome to tbn lilredfox, reading your post with all its colloquialisms has been great, stretched my feeble brain a bit(maybe not a bad thing)trying to understand a few things but mostly gave me lotsa chuckles. My second favorite thing about traveling is hearing all the local versions of the english language and since we have such a large membership from all over it is nice to see the posts reveal regional dialects.

Is this you?

Cool Lilred:thumbsup: let me know if you get in a pickle here or thru pm . The most important quality is sheer desire and perseverance. I think you got some of both:)

I GOD IT

We all hav a place
in this wirld it is sed
sum er tha leaders
sum er tha led

we r all parts
of a mighty machine
tiny gearz
n tha pieces unseen

Consider ur watch
wich part wood u choose
Az tha most nessasary
tha springz or tha screwz

The hands or the pins
large cog or tha small
Wich makes it tick
Wich part most of all

Consider ur tractor
It wont go without wheelz
the battery, the tires
tha spark plugs,
tha wires

Remove the brakes
the steerin wheel
the clutch
wood it then
be wirth half as much

The greatest gear couldnt
Spin without grease
n it's held in its place
by one Simple piece,
So, dont be dismayed
when you seem in a
Rut,
Ur just as important if only
A nut

wow, pretty nasty looking stuff but imagine if you did not have the filter and all of that would end up in combustion chamber. Filter did what it was supposed to do. Oil bath filter is one of the simplest and best design that lasts for ever. I'd just soak it in diesel well and use a wire brush to clean all the way to the metal. Fill the bowl with good clean oil and you're good to go. This tractor of yours did not get any TLC.

my Pa luved ol blu. It did not lack TLC. not from him it didnt. he got that tractor off his best frend that passed while back. he wuz a fanatic about maintance on machinery. n thats prolly wuts savin it. it wuz the cuzzin that did all this damage. sed if he cant have it nobody can. they chained the boxblade to the top of the brush hog n the teeth pierced clean thru the top. drove it a ways like that. wen i got on it popped a wheelie takin off. it wuz the wrong bushhog anyways. they kept my good wun. my pa passed a yr ago taday. i pray he haunts the H.E. duble L ryt out of them tanite. serve em ryt.
they had that tractor for 6 months too. so who no's wut all they did to it. wutever it is. with the guidance of TBN, i'll git thru it.
