Anyone know if they sell a paper version? Or can it be bought in PDF form? Dealer is not sure if you can by a version of each model or if a master CD is the only way to get one. Anyone have a source?

For a DK-40 series I bought in 2009 it was about $85 for a full service manual which covers several models. I don't believe they have gone to CD yet, thought I've asked them, direct to N. America Corporate numerous times, along with other suggestions for conveniences for us owners.

100 bucks for both.
