At 43 I can still climb up onto the tractor, step out onto the tire & then climb up onto the roof. That will change I'm sure

Have no doubt. Enjoy it while you can

I used to climb up on the rear tire to put a stick in the
fuel storage tank top to check the level when I figured it was getting low.
Now I have that stick attached to an 8 foot stick with some baling cord between 2 screw eyes so I can do it all from the ground. When you get old you have to adapt to stiff joints and a lot of other unpleasant things.
When I was your age #2 diesel was 82 cents a gallon.
When I call for a fuel delivery next week the price will be very unpleasant

Another 10 or 15 years for most people and you wont be scrambling up there.. Might be able to do it if you had to , but you wont want to. As my grandfather used to say "I am stiff in all the wrong places"
