Just went outside and it is about 7-8*C/46*F just now with beautiful sunny skies.

Although the garden looks fine the flower beds at the foot of the garden really need weeded.

Looks like a putting green compared to the mass of 90% weeds/10% real grass my lawn has. 50 degrees here now, sad to say it was so overcast last night the moon wasn't visible and from the looks of the sky now it will be overcast again tonight.

About 60 now going to upper 60's with northeasterly winds. I'm building planters today so that means moving stone and dirt with the tractor, in other words PLAYTIME!!!!

I mowed the grass three days ago, so it isn't looking at its best now.

It really looks like a golf course when it is freshly mowed.

My Mountfield may be a rotary but it does a darn good job at leaving a perfect finish every time.

Just got the cats back in and it has warmed to 65 degrees and the sun is coming out sure hope it stays clear tonite so we can see the moon. Gonna go mow...SEAT TIME YAY YAY YAY !!!

I wish I could get some mowing done, but I've only mowed three days ago and even for me that is too soon to do it again.

Went to a bonfire party last night, didn't get back till 1 am. Latest night out in quite awhile! Had a great time, good friends, a little beer, bbq burgers and brauts. Out for bfast this am, then to the local farmers market. Gonna do a few jobs around here, at least hopefully...

Spent another hour with the push mower today on top of two yesterday, just came in after 2 hours with the Deere, got one more hour of mowing and the entire place will be done for the third time this year. It's 70 now but full overcast not likely we will see the moon tonite either.

Both my pushers are 2010 model front wheel drive self propelled 3 mode (bagger/mulcher/side discharge) one is a Brute with a Briggs 190cc and the second is a YardPro (Husqvarna) with the 173cc Chinese Kohler. I almost never use bagging/mulching mode for either.

I'm off to Oregon. The Memorial service looks to be on Thursday, I am meeting with my other brother's pastor tonight in addition to meeting with him and his family and hopefully my sister.

No seat time until Saturday for me...

It's another sunny day in contradiction to the weather forecasts which said it would be clouds and rain, but it could still be that being Scotland and all...

Slept in until 9:30 this morning so an extra strong coffee is in the cup and getting drunk very quickly. I don't know why but I feel very weak today.

JM...most 21 and 22 inch push mowers here use 139-195cc engines. The Tec I have the problem with is a 195cc. Gotta take the cats out before they tear the house down.

David, let the years unwind to happier times as you fly back there today, resolve what you can from the past while you're there and then leave it there as you fly back to Virginia and your real world. Don't get stuck in what was and what could have been different, it's quicksand my friend. Enjoy the life and family you have now and put that old stuff back on the shelf.:thumbsup:

50 here, headed to 70+-, still tired after yesterday's project. Why, I think I may be getting old!!
