jd 820 fuel system

ok bleed lines at injector have fuel in #1 line no fuel in other lines.So I guess the pump needs to be rebuilt.you stated you had one redone in olive branch MS ?thats about 1hr and half from me.looked at new ones and they want 1k from JD.crazzzyyy.lol Im taking lines off and cleaning cause i have fuel coming out when i cracked the lines at the pump.So to me fuel is in pump maybe line clog!I really thank Y'll for your input as the other tractors are gas.And ive never had desiel before.

I doubt you can buy a new one for $1000, maybe a rebuilt with your core. That said the $220+ parts in Olive Branch is the way to go.

From where you are on this I would agree to try and clear the lines or replace them first. The injectors would concern me if the lines are blocked. Worst case scenario pull the injectors and pump if need be and take them up the road. There is a proper proceedure for R/R of these parts too.

want to thank e1 for the help, tractor is running.had rubber washers that are on the pump going to the injectors.they were all dryed up,it was sucking in air.put new ones and it started right up.yea haw.runs like a top.We figure its been sitting in the barn for at less ten years.also found saddles.duck decoys,etc.It was like finding lost treasure.THANKS EVERYONE!!!
