I just looked at the Millicom website and it appears the 'unlimited 3g/4g' and BYOD plans are with sprint..

The $69 10gb plan is Verizon and is only $10/mth cheaper than going directly thru verizon

they used to offer a 20gb verizon plan verizon

interesting.. Which of the plans are Verizon? I am guessing the '3g4g advance' and '3g4g hotspot'..

Do you know what overage charges are on the capped plans?? Verizon is $10/gb or any part there of..

I am currently doing the Verizon $80 /10gb plan - but one of those would save me $120/yr

Any suggestions on the wireless routers that will take the USB modems?

One other advantage with tethering to a phone, is that your kids don't have access when you're not at home....

IIRC - some companies can tell if you are tethering and try to force you into a monthly tethering charge..

Brian call Millenicom at 800-996-1285. They could accurately answer your questions. I use the Cradlepoint MBR1000 router but have 3G. Don't know if it will support 4G?

We have a Verizon Hotspot. On a trip Coast to Coast the wife was using it to do her own homework and keeping up with students she teaches. This while traveling in a car. The only place she lost coverage was West of Tucumcari, NM. Lost signal for about 40 miles.
