hello thanks for responding i emailed woods and they no longer make a sub frame for this application is there a chance the 9266 or 1016319 could be modified to fit and is this considered a 4 pt mount thanks george

I might be wrong but I thought they were both the same part, old part# vs new part#. This is a ladder type subframe, it is remains attached to the backhoe when the backhoe is removed form the tractor.
