Getting new 6" gutters and the man recommends Rhino. The web has very few reviews on these, strange almost how little there was. Anyone here use them or hear of them? Thanks.
------------------------------------------------------------------them. I was initially just going to do away with gutters all together.
I had gutter guards, covers, what ever you want to call them and removed them after 2 years. The downspouts clogged up, the gutters were filled with an inch of crap and I couldn't clean then with those &%$# covers on. Yes the leaves fall over the edge and branches don't fall in the gutter but all the dirt, oak seeds, shingle gravel, and any other junk fell in and just sat in there and setup as a paste. Then when I tried to spray them out it just got wet no cleaning, no moving the crap just fustration. Removed them, cleaned the gutters and havn't had any problems since. Water flows as designed, no clogs and a lighter wallet because of the sales pitch. Lesson learned, next time shoo those characters away the minute they arrive. The next scam will be a protective cover for the siding.
----------------------------------------------------------------------What's that mean? Go with no gutters?
I had them installed. I don't know what you are talking about but my Rhino gutter guards are made of metal. They have the bigger holes with stainless screen over them to keep the granules out of the gutter. I researched them all and am convinced these are the best available.Gutter protection systems, normally referred to as gutter guards, became popular in the second half of last century as the availability of improved plastic compounds made it more commercially viable to produce the systems that were reasonably easy to fit, were long lasting in terms of exposure to heat, sun, cold and wet, and were effective in keeping leave and debris out of gutters.

Yes Sir, no gutters.
I have gutters on my house but I wouldn't have them again if I built a new house every year and lived to be 500 years old. People that actually need gutters didn't do their landscape home work before building. And before anyone mentions it, operational gutters don't prevent basement leaks much less those that are plugged with debris which I would estimate 90 percent.
