I don't know what kind of battery operated tools you have but 2 tools that could come in handy, a cordless drill and a cordless circular saw. I have Craftsman 19.2 volt and boy do they come in handy.

I wish I had these 20 years ago when I was building pasture fence.

seriusly.. the cordless drill would be the real good one.. drilling fence post hinges

otherwise I use a chainsaw to cut down boards and posts.. etc..

I'm running a generator to run the air compressor, so I plan to have my circular saw (plug in) and my cordless drill both up with me.

BTW, I bought the Rigid, I figured I'm likely to break it, an lifetime service is a nice feature, plus it shoots fatter nails than the Hitachi.

I bought 3", galv, .131 nails also, plus 100' of bright orange air hose.

I take it it is the hard plastic air hose. I would never get that kind again I would get the rubber. Though I will say it is tough to kill, as I've tried so I can go get better hose. Good luck and don't let it frustrate you to much:laughing:
Good to see your daughter supervising, somebody has to make sure it goes as planned:laughing::thumbsup:

Sounds like a great excuse for a pto generator!
