Just wanted to thank everyone for all of the outstanding information on this forum. I have been reading for several weeks... And learning. I've never posted a question, mainly since every time I could think of one, I would search and find the answer! This forum is one of the best!

Just signed the papers on my Kubota B2620 today. Will have it on Monday. After all the research, I think this is the perfect tractor for my 5 acres!

Oh yeah... Here's a pic...




PS: All the stuff in the background is Messicks... Not mine.

Yeah... I thought it was going to rain all weekend... But it's pretty nice here in central PA. I could be out there in the fields!

Just a word of advice check all the fluid levels before running the machine and after you have run it for a few hours. It can save you a lot of worry. Congrats on the new machine.

I purchased at Messicks. Got about 10% off Kubota list. It was the best local deal. Messicks is only on the other side of town from me and I've dealt with them before. Could've had a better deal at Barlows, but most of the savings was in not paying tax. I'm the kind of person who would rather have a decent relationship with a local dealer than buy from another state to save a few bucks.

Also, they gave me what I consider a real fair trade on my JDX520 which I tried to unload on Craigslist. That also saved me some tax money on the deal.

Should have the tractor at 4:00pm today... What a good excuse to leave work early!!

The B2620 was delivered yesterday at 4:00 just as promised! Got about 45 min of seat time messin in the woods pushing around some trees and mowing some field grass. Just trying to get used to the operation of the controls.

Checked all fluids and everything was topped off. That was after I ran the tractor. Had about 1.6 hours on it.

Removed the loader and reattached it just to get the procedure down. Works well.

Did a couple of tight radius turns in a damp lawn and didn't tear up the grass at all with the R4s.

It'll be a bit more difficult to maneuver around some of my landscaping... But I'll get used to it.

I am really liking this tractor.

Now if will only stop raining in central Pa. We hit 60 inches for the year here... Broke the all time annual record...and it's only September.... And it's pouring as I type...
