3 point seatbelt for RTV 1100

i don't but it certainly should be an option on all RTV's

I think it would be possible for sure.maybe use the back roll gage support to mount the 3rd upper belt location. these belts are fairly resonable to purchase $50-$70. The biggest concern would be to get mounting height correct so you would not be doing more damage to someones upper torso or neck than not having it at all.Most likly why kubota has not done so dollars needed to do a study. A 4 point racing style harness could be an easier way out if you really wanted the extra protection.
