Massey Ferguson 1040

Does anyone know of a good parts source for the 1040??? I am also currious what Hinomoto model compares to the 1040.

I bought this tractor, and now I`m thinking of selling it off. The way my luck runs, something is sure to break off the first time I put it to work.

I like my 1040. had it since 1986. had to replace a couple of battery's. was out using it today to box blade driveway. Many parts are available through the dealer. might also try West KY tractor parts. West Kentucky Tractor Parts - Kevil, Kentucky they are about 6mi from me.

Thanks for the information. I am worried about the front end gernading. I understand it is next to impossible to find front end (MFWD) parts.
