A MINOR problem with the web site;
They don't tell you WHERE they are.
It is right on Route 12;

A couple of weeks ago that Multi task tractor/fork-lift was outside, unfortunately I had a 40ft trailer on and couldn't stop in time to check it out.
Route 12 is kinda narrow right there and you need to know ahead of time if you will be pulling into their yard with anything more than a pop-up camper in tow (-:

Are they a real working store/yard, or more like a mail order outfit?
They are "Real" - - as in physically present there on Route 12.
I have dropped in and talked with them - - at least I thought they were "REAL" people that I spoke with, but androids are quite life like these days, so how would I know ? (-:
I don't know whether or not they do web/mail order, you could call to find out if you want/need parts.

Great, I might take a run and check them out then. It's about an hour from my house, could be a nice road trip on a saturday.

Just received some Branson tie rod ends I ordered through Valenti's and they did a great job. I am completely satisfied and will be a repeat customer. They took the order via email and had the parts drop-shipped to me. Saved me the two 5-hour round trips (one trip to place order, one trip to pick up parts when they arrive) that the other "nearest" Branson dealer required.
