Can you identify this Hydraulic component ?

Hi Guys. I was wondering what is this component is called and what it is used for. I am assuming it controls the hydraulic flow but normal flow control dosen't have the 2 ajustable knobs on top. It was used in my tractor to power the backhoe.

It looks like flow adjusters, tune the flow to suit the operation, Fast or slow, or anything in between..

Could also be proportional control valve, that regulate the flow electronically.

It could be used for salt sreaders.

Used on a BH, it would just control the flow for fast to slow operation,

Looks like the flow control to a truck mounted sand spreader. One dial for convayor speed , one for spinner speed and the lever to turn it on and off.
