I've got the cover and snap ring out but the tire won't budge. Any suggestions?

According to the diagram on deere's website, that snapring is the onlything that holds it on. sometimes they are a PITA. If it really wont budge, and if the wheels have any accessory holes, like for weights, see of you can get a puller to work. Or even make your own puller.:thumbsup:

Be sure there is no tractor weight on the tire and just yank it off (but don't pull it off the jack :) ).
