I am very maintenance cautious but he is not. He just gets lucky in life. Call him what you want. I bet he has not changed his furnace filter in 20 years for example. Just the type of guy who never has issues.

I agree totally. Just pointing out he is just plain lucky. Does not matter what he does. Cars, women, boats, river boat gambling, speeding tickets he comes out on top. Wish I had his luck.
