John Deere 5425 4x4 Differential problems

my lock on my differential will not engage or disengage when I drive the tractor and let off the gas the brakes seem to drag any ideas please any help would be great!

Sorry, wrong tractor. The type of diff lock you have depends on serial #. This is a common configuration inside the diff. There are a number of different pedal configurations. Check the pedal for obstructions.
