That is a good price if there are no problems with the machine.
Might depend where you are located.
When I was looking for new or used in 2007 there were much better deals on both new and used in the heartland , but by the time ya paid for transporting it, it wasn't worth it.
Some might consider 100 hours hardly broken in yet.
(Course, that's exactly how many hours I have on mine)

I was looking at the 2305 and 2320 awhile back. I ended up surfing the net and found lots of stories where the rear PTO blew out with minimal use. Does anyone know if issue has been addressed? The one thread I read said the guy took it apart himself and found the housing was made of thin aluminum. I think I'll stick with my JD 1070 for now...

The OP was asking about a 2520,which in fact has a much beefier rear end.
As for the "weakness" of the 2305 and 2320,who knows as to the real reason why they would fail.Any size machine will fail if pushed well beyond their spec max limits.
