Farmtrac 60 starting problem

I am still having a problem with starting after replacing the starter safety switch.It started with no problem after i replaced the switch but now it's hit or miss.I can sometimes jiggle the shifter(high/low)and get it to start but it is a pain.Any ideas on what i am missing or need to do to correct this problem.

Easy answer is bypass the switch and make sure that is really the problem.

Some of those had grease that was too high in viscosity for the states and the starter would not work properly. Ken Sweet
