Kubota L3300 Part Identifier

I can not think of the name of these parts on the 3 point lift. I raised my box blade too high today and broke one of these. Does anyone know the right term for them and where I can find replacements? It will be for a Kubota L3300. The parts are in the red boxes in the pic.

Adjustable right lift rod is TA020-39310 for the whole assembly
left hand fixed rod is 31341-71540
