I am considering a 545D tractor but it dose not have a PTO can it be added to this tractor.

Not in a practical manner. In some cases, not at all depending on the transmission option.

A hydralic PTO can be run off your spooler although it may need to be expanded.
Hydralic implements are often better but nearly always more expensive.
