How do you like your beef? (PNW Picnic)

Trash cans and dumpster are already there.

you have an RV--
Think of it this way---

visualize going to camp and think about every task you are going to do.
and write down everything you need to do that task..

that served me very well on so many levels over the years..

later -- don't sweat too much out there!

Some items missing from list:

- 1st aid kit (you just never know...)
- plastic or disposable table cloths?
- condiments (sugar and no-cal sweeteners, salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, steak sauce, etc as needed)
- pickles?
- lemons?
- bottled water
- corn skewers? (dollar stores have these pretty cheaply)
- toothpicks, gotta have 'em
- large rectangular disposable aluminum pans (you'll find tons of use for these)
- HD aluminum foil
- clear plastic cling-wrap
- gallon size Ziploc bags
- food covers like these or similar
- cutting board?
- tape (masking tape to tape tablecloths on the tables at the corners...of course duct tape will also work)

I'll probably think of more.;)

Edit: I bought one of these before my July 4th cookout. It was a big hit with adults and kids. You can also go to Walmart or the Dollar Store and buy cheap foam toys like footballs and such that will entertain kids for hours and not break the bank. We have a big box of these that we break out for the kids. If you have an open area, kites are also very popular.

I do, but the grass and weeds are over knee high. Also, we get almost no wind at the ranch.

RadarTech has sent us a sign for posting at the picnic. I was told about it in another thread. I'll make sure we include it in our picnic pix.

and now it begins... the countdown to signage...

:)

Ole Cyril has a sign in the mail to him..
But he has no clue what it says...

When he gets it I am sure he and all of us will get a hearty laugh out of it..

:)

Think it will get here before the picnic?

FOR SURE---
I paid extra to verify Friday at the latest!
