We were out and about away from home and stopped by a John Deere dealer to take a peek and here are some of what we saw.

I like that tiller, that would be a step up from my 60 incher. ;)

That was what first caught my eye and got me to taking some pictures. Don't think it will fit the Cat2 hitch on my 2240 though. Too bad... one serious rototiller! I like the 10ft brush hog too. I didn't know they made them that big.

Any idea what the unit in the 4th picture is?

No, sorry I have no idea. :ashamed:

Hey, did you get your rear blade working good enough that your happy with its performance?

I think so. I still have to do something about the bent pin. Not sure how I'm going to address that yet. The hole that the pin goes into is 30.14mm and the threads on the pin are only 26mm. I spent what little money I had to take the family camping so the pins are going to wait. Also, I'm still working on getting the bolts and nuts which hold the blade to the mounting arm all the way tight. They're close now. I really should just replace them though. That would be better. Most of the slop that's left is in the 3PH. I'll look at that later when I get to rebuilding it.

Speaking of the camping trip, my daughter decided to bring home a new pet she found.

they make like 14ft and up bush hogs, but i think all those are bat wing, no way to trailer them or transprot on a road if not batwing. Yep i have heard of 10ft hogs. i think a lady i work with has one for her farm, as well as like a 14fter

yeah... 14 ft is a large as you will see that is a rigid design. As in not a flex wing design. A lot of companies make 20ft. wide flex wing mowers too.

One company (Schulte) even makes a 42ft. wide flex wing mower. It has like 7 gearboxes.
