I found this thread while looking up the AL1672E front blade and I thought I would bring it back to life to get ideas on a plan of mine.
I plow snow as a part of my business and using the trucks on drives and small lots is a bit of a pain. So I have been thinking about using my 3520 to do them. My plan is to build a cab, mount a PTO snow blower on the back and put a blade on the loader.
I have a rear blade now that I use on the shop lot. It does alright just pulling but looking over my shoulder backing up or into tight spots gets tiresome and I worry about hitting something. These are mostly small drives about 30' long and 24' wide. A front blade would allow the operator to drive right up to the door. Since I plan to have employees run the tractor I felt it would be safer using a front blade. I had a front blade on a tractor years ago that I used a lot. The big problem was you couldn't stack the snow. That's why I'm looking at buying or building a loader blade.
I thought I would put a snow blower on back for traction weight and for the deep snows we get every few years.
This is just my idea for using the tractor more and taking care of a problem at the same time. Any input from the board would be great.

FEL blades are like Brunettes, some love'm and some hate'm. I am on the hate'm side myself. They stick out to far and take to much weight off of the front wheels while pushing snow you loose steering control.
