I ordered it when I ordered my tractor. There's a small pigtail with a plug right in front of the cab on the left side. I keep the tractor inside in a unheated garage so keeping it plugged in is good for faster starts and quick warm-ups. Looks like I'll be needing it real soon!

Thanks for the info, I will have to contact the dealer and see if one is available for my 3940

Same here. Since these CUT's seem to not come with one, it was orederd and installed at our place yesterday.

bstrom,
Those are the best "block" heaters going, now I can remove mine now when I get in the cab. Up where I am, block heaters on tractors and vehicles are standard equipment just like the steering wheel.

There is no better feeling having the warmth of the cab and being relaxed doing what you love to do. I will never go back to a open station.

I agree 100% .Will never go open station again.I do like mine in the summer too, because i remove the doors and rear wall[with window].
The JCB forklift[8000 lb capacity] i operate at work has a nice cab too, makes me hate to drive anything else.
One of the pluses i noticed comparing my cab to the JCB cab,THE jcb cab fogs easy and is hard to unfog-pretty much gotta open the door.My homemade has LEXAN windows, and i have never ever fogged them.
The only complaint i have my cab ,is it seems noisier, than before with the open station.Igotta get some input on what to do to quiet things down,i have to crank up the ipod:eek:

Fat chance!:)

I guess I should have underlined may be employed. I will probably at least start it up from time to time if it is warm enough. You are right though, I am officially "spoiled" now with the cab.;)

Take care,
Jake
