Backhoe 2375 backhoe bushings

My (2004) 2375 backhoe is acting pretty loose at the point where the dipper meets the boom. I would like to tighten it up but it does not look like there are any replaceable bushings at that point. Anyone know for sure?

I have a 2376; should be pretty-much the same;there are bushings on the main-frame for the swing cylinders, on the dipperstick for the bucket link arms and the bucket itself and on the swing assembly for the boom pin. No bushings shown for the boom-to-dipperstick or any of the actuating cylinders, except the swing cylinders

Agreed, I've found it odd that there are not bushings everywhere, particularly dipper stick to boom, I'm guessing you could drill out and install bushings easy enough?

I changed the bushings on the boom arm were it hooks on at the bottom
next to the swing arms.
Got new bushings and to my surprise they are a SPLIT Bushing.
But when I put them in they pushed right in by hand. This I said will never do, so I made my own bushings and a new pin and I found I had to go a little over size for the Bushing OD and, the pin I made to fit back to orginal size. If I have to replace the Boom to dipper arm some day I'll make my own. Although I did take the side to side play out of the Boom to Dipper Arm by putting in a spacer about a 75 thousand thick shim washer. Made a big different in movement. You can get Ram Bushings for the hydralic Rams as the Dealer had ordered me the wrong ones once, so I know there available.
Anyway I 'm a lot like you guys out there in the field if I could fix the Float problem without without breaking the bank I would fix it.. Sounds like it could end up mushrooming into a major fix. Never use it enough to worry about.

Geez, I don't know? Not much meat there and someone broke that area out; there's a post on here somewhere about this. I can't remember the model hoe. I'm hoping the manufacturer, U.S. if memory serves, used pins that are softer than the pin bores so that a new pin might(?) tighten things up

Thanks Guys, as soon as the ground freezes I will take the hoe off and plasma wash the welds for the pin sleeves. I figure I can take them to my local machinist and he can bore and sleeve them. I checked the pin and there is virtually no wear, so it appears that the sleeves are softer or just too sloppy to start with. I like the machine and hoe and have used it a lot. I also remember seeing an outfit that makes hardened sleeves for this exact purpose. If I can find them again I will post the source. The boom has not come back to the position for placing the storage pin in since it was new. I have to physically shove the boom back to get the pin in. Anyone else have the same issue?

I was having some problems with the float on my FEL and I dicovered in the Spool Plunger Cap that the 3 balls that are suppose to be there are not there. And they tell me it will cost me here in Canada about $ 250.00
dollars for just the cap. So you can see I am not paying that kind of money for a cap... Nuts . ( it will work if I hold it in ) But I was hoping maybe by chance I could pick up a good used one cheaper. If you look at the thread Re: "Single Remote Lever won't stay in postion" I have posted 3 pictures in that thread showing the cap. On page one of that article.
The lever itself is in pretty good shape as I had that apart as well.

Yes mine is the same but after I put the new pin and bushing in it came more into line. Yeah I still have to give it a small nudge to get the pin all the way through.. Poor design.. I see the new ones are different they have a hook that grabs it. Like the full size backhoes. Yeah the sleeves do seem to be soft.

I just skimmed throught this post and may have missed something, but the Dipperstick to Boom bushings are Part#2010-4032 and readily available through Kioti Parts.
Let me know if this is what you need or if you need help obtaining them.

Thanks Kioti Dave for the info. Once I can't dig any longer due to ground freeze I want to take the hoe apart and order what I need to tighten it up. The manual I have does not show any bushings for this area. Thanks again

My backhoe, 2376, dipper stick part number BD11-0100 does not show any bushings for the boom.I've got bushings at the bucket, and bushings at the base of the boom and the swing assembly. But my parts book shows no bushings between the the dipper and boom.

Kodiakdave, I'd expect mine to be the same.

It is exactly the same except how it mounts to the tractor. Those bushings will fit your machine as well.

I'm looking to get a hoe for my LK30 so have been checking out all the threads here on hoes, I can get a LW-7 at half the $ of the Kioti 2376 but most seem to agree Chinese hoes should be avoided so I was getting used to the idea of spending $10 000 instead of $5750 to buy quality that i can count on to last but then I find this thread with lines like " no bushes","soft metal", "poor design","throw away design"," broke out that section", this does not fill me with confidence that the extra $4250 will be money well spent after all , It's sounding like the Kioti hoe tends to flog out these areas quickly and not just the bushes, interested to hear all opinions on this before I sink a lot of $ into something I might regret

These are the current models, and the KB2475 added $6200 to purchase my purchase price, I use mine pretty hard on large stump removal and works well, and other than loss of some paint, all is good.

For more info re LW7 check the chinese tractor association, and many of them will recomemnd anything else.
