I feel like a kid at Christmas. I also owe this forum a big debt for being such a tremendous resource during the research phase. Thank you all.

I ordered a B2620, TLB with backhoe thumb. Paying $20,900 and using the 0% 48 month plan. I have 2.5 acres, half wooded and a couple years of weekend projects to do including moving 20 yds of mulch and topsoil, french drains, terracing a hill, stone walls, snow removal, stump digging and thinning/clearing the woods. No mowing for now.

I promise to post pics.

Absolutey, looking forward to your comments. I've been doing research myself and I agree, this site and the forums have been a tremendous help.

I've been thinking about a B7500, B7510 and now thinking about the 2320, but someone mentioned to get the 2620.

Why did you decide on the 2620 over the 2320 or the 2920?

Heck, he's not going to answer today, it's tractor delivery day!!! :D:D:D

Reason to get the B2620 is the best bang for your buck philosophy! More HP than 2320 bigger tires and stronger loader. I opted for the B2920 because of the increased pto HP only. Add and extra $1000.00 for 3 hp.

Actually, I think that you get the same size tires on the B2320 with both the R-4's, and Turfs as you do with the other models. It is only the Ags (R-1's) that come smaller stock, so I think that loader capacity is about all you loose.

That's how I read the spec sheet also.

I've heard that you can get the LA364 installed on the B2320. They just don't like to advertise that it will fit.

Yes, I guess some dealers will install the LA364 on the B2320. I've also heard that the Quick Change option from the LA504 loader used on the B3200 will fit on the smaller B series loaders, and that is interesting for forks, or a larger bucket for mulch, compost, snow, etc.

All the kubota B series tractors are an awesome value and very capable machines! I run a big L now but my heart is in the B series and always will be. Every time i have to barrow material into a tight area my 3540 couldnt dream of getting into, i find myself thinking my B7500/302 fel could have banged this out in a new york minute. Bigger is better, for the most part when it comes to tractors, but from my perspective, making my living from the green industry. A mid size machine is just as valuable as a big machine.

Here's the pics as promised guys. Spent the better part of two days moving 15 yds of dirt and mulch. Also popped a large-ish shrub out with the backhoe and moved it to the front yard. Finally, my brother and I moved a couple tons of rocks into my rock pile. (I have a wall project coming up.)

The purchasing experience was amazing. I priced my setup -- B2620 TLB with thumb -- with 4 dealers including some quite far away. Initially the low price was a popular spot quite far from Massachusetts, but I gave my local dealer the last bite at the apple and he beat the price. Yes, I had to pay sales tax and he made a few extra bucks compared to the long distance guy, (since "shipping" meant a 10 mile delivery) but in the end, I am happy to give a local guy my business. I also bought it over the phone. He delivered it to my house on a verbal handshake and I didn't even write a check or sign the contracts until it was in my driveway. Easy as pie. They also sent the service guy rather than the truck driver to deliver it so he could give me the 30 minute walkthrough/demo in person. Nice touch.

I have to say I am thrilled with the tractor. I used to have a diesel Deere garden tractor and I have noodled around with my folk's L3130 at their place, but this is my first "real" tractor. The three-range hydro is pretty sweet. I did all my work in medium, which was nice since I was moving mulch and topsoil about 200 yards. The hydro is a bit loud at lower speeds, but nothing super bothersome. Loader work was great, especially with the backoe ballasting the back. Even as a novice, I had no problem getting full buckets cleanly scraped off of my driveway. I am a total goofball with the backhoe. Obviously it will take some practice, but I managed to do a little work without hurting myself or the tractor. Hehe.

Here's some pics.

Very nice. I have had my BX2350 almost a year and haven't gotten tired of it yet. Enjoy, and you'll get better with practice.
