Reasonable point but this is the first hydro rebuild (possible rebuild...don't want to jinx him) that I recall reading about here. No question a HST transmission is more money to replace than a clutch but even spliting the tractor to replace a clutch is a pricy proposition.

I think I'd opt to replace rather than rebuild if its the hydro since these folks aren't Kioti trained. Just thinking out loud............

There is a guy "dfkrug" on the forum, he performed and posted a complete tear down and rebuild of a B21 HST.

I think definately worth getting this thoughts or at least checking out his post.

Would hate to see you spend more money than you have to.

This guy knows hst as well as anyone can.

Had my Hydro replaced at about 35 hrs on my CK20HST don't have any idea what it cost since it was a warranty job. It was like getting a new tractor, never performed so well.
