That will depend on what he wants to do with it , need a bit more information.

A little more detail would be helpful, depending on the tasks he wants to achieve. Several factors will have a great impact upon recomendations. For example, Will he be baling hay? Brush hog work, land clearing, livestock, ...

he will probally clear the land then probally grow some vegtabels to sell at the farmers market or at the flea market

I bought a twenty acre farm about 18 months ago. I have been taking care of it with a B7800. Pretty much have to pick the attachments you want to run first and then pick the tractor that can run them. I needed something that could run a 6 foot rear finish mower and a 5 foot rotary mower. The B7800 does this very well. It's light enough to mow the yard when it's wet but strong enough to pull the 5 foot rotary mower through heavy pasture.

its pretty "open" but will need to be graded but not very much
