Need input on CK 20s Purchase

I am located in Central Fl. Looking at a CK 20s-new. Price $11,900 minus $600 rebate. BH quoted at $6000. Is this a deal to go with.
I am downsizing from a DK 35 TLB sold in Tn with my home. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Also looked at the Orange-not happy with them

Howdy Kraut I bought a Kioti CK20S HST in March of this year. I got the FEL, rear finish mower and a grader blade for $14,000. I live in central West Virginia. You are looking at a mighty fine tractor in the Ck20. They are tough as nails and for the size have all kinds of power. Good luck on your tractor.

Hopefully, any tractor that can manhandle a 7-800lb Double trunk White Birch stump roots, gravel and all will find it enough tractor. See the picture below of my ck20 after it did just that.

Does this include a front end loader? If not, you may want to consider the CK-35 with the free FEL. Your $11,300 + $2700 for a FEL would put you at more than what I recently got a CK 35 w/FEL and toothbar for here in GA. I'm talking gear drive, you didn't mention wether you were looking at gear or HST.

I loved my CK20 TLB. I just saw the new 2465BH on Saturday and it has some nice improvements over the 2365 that I had.

I bought one new it now has 54 hours ck20 hst FEL Backhoe 4X4 You can have it for 13,000. It lives in my Garage. Curt 931-787-1300 The back hoe leaks manufactures defect. I think Kioti warranty is a joke! Customer service is a bigger joke!!! You can have it for 12,500.

If it is really new then the BH is still under warranty. BH warranty is one year. Is it the KB2365? There are known problems with the valve on that model. I haven't heard of such problems with the KB2465 which should be on most new CK20 TLBs today.

If your dealer is not helpful then call another dealer.

If I remember correctly curtolson bought a used tractor with low hours, but old enough to be out of the bh warranty.

It's a defect. Kioti won't answer you! THe dealer handles the problems and I feel for them. The 2365 and 2375 valve assembly either cost $900 or $2100 depending on which dealer you talk to. Some dealers say it should be under warrenty others don't. I think Kioti should follow Toyota's lead and replace no cost to the owner. Older tacoma's are be bought at a premium because of defective frames. Treat me like that and I would buy from Kioti again. I will buy Orange again. I will buy a brand that begins with"K" again.

Good to know, and I am considering the CK20 with BH so are the 2365 and 2375 the only BHs that are affected or are there others?

Can't blame a dealer for used purchase and with a manufacture issue.

However if it were me I would be getting a list from the forms of those who have the same issue and get a petition together. If that does not work, it should be easy to get a formal letter formed up. At the same time I would stick with those who are less than 2 years old and that should give you a better claim for action.

BHs are powerful attachments and can be subject to quick ware, however it does sound like there is a known issue that needs to be addressed.

The labor price per hour of a surgeon which is not cover in the warranty but the 35 cent o-ring is covered. GREAT WARRANTY KIOTI !!!!!!!!!!
Kioti = 's defective with zero customer service. Find a good used tractor off a old timer, the economy is bad I paid cash. I felt a dealer purchase would have been safe if problems came up with the equipment. Proplems came the day of purchase and all the stated warranties went out the window. Calling the Manufacturer is a joke. Try it inform them of a problem they never call you back. Best of luck I think they suck.

I am not a big defender of Kioti's customer service but if the warranty was for one year and the BH is older than that why would Kioti be expected to pay for repairs under warranty even if the BH had only been used for 5 hours. Would you expect GM or Ford or Toyota to cover repairs on a truck that was out of the warranty dates even if it only had 5 miles on it?

I had one for two years with no problems at all. Having said that I've seen the newer KB2465 and Kioti has made some significant improvements to the new model.

I don't know about the model KB2365. Now days, CK20S models come equipped
with a curved boom Model KB2465. In February, I took delivery of a new CK20S with HST and FEL and a KB2465 backhoe. My tractor is turning 300 hours as I changed out the backhoe for a snowblower yesterday. I built a road through my woods digging several large stumps and hauling them away with that little tractor. I didn't have a lick of trouble with that backhoe and did everything I asked of it and then some. Well pleased is all I can say.
