On a JD 4310 with a FEL...

The 3pt goes up fine... but no matter how the drop rate knob is messed with the implement on the 3pt will come down about 1/2 way based on knob position (more open the faster) - but then the last 1/2 or so of the descent to the ground the implement moves very - very slowly down...

Thoughts?

The Rate-of-Drop valve need to be disassembled and cleaned I think, there have been a few issues with them...

That's within the Rock shaft assembly - right? A real bear to do!

It should be on the front of the tranny, under the seat:
