I have 3 of those 1-arm loaders on tractors right now, and another 'spare' loader int he pasture waiting on a tractor to hang it on, plus another loader in trenton GA waiting to be hauledhere to florida to join my other spare.

I had the tractor addiction anyway .. but the back issue forced me to get a loader.. or I'd probably still be using a gin pole and rear scoop and 3pt carry-all for all my material moving tasks..

Bout' 30+ years ago I made a pig mover of a different sort. Actually it was more like a pig pen on a sled, that I would move every day or two, so the critters could dig up the ground for me. Good for one or two shoats or one larger pig.

It was about 8' x 18'-20', made of large logs for the skids, and just poles for the sides, similar to a fence. It also contained a small floored and covered area, as sometimes I kept a porker through the winter. I would tow it the length of the pen, but have also move longer distances with out a problem. Just have to keep an eye on the porkers as I moved.

A slow way to clear a field for sure, but it worked. Even when small they are amazingly strong diggers.
