Bailey is the cat and was there for moral support. The picture was in April when he was airating the lawn.
I think I'd be indoors with my wife instead of working on the lawn while it was snowing outside.

Dan there is nothing wrong with mowing the grass or aerating the lawn if it is snowing, heck it is the best time to do that type of work. We just pray for early snow so we don't have to look at all the yard work we didn't do in the fall.

Ditto! Looks like we need to send some snow south to edumicate (spelled incorrectly on purpose) these guys about northern lifestyles.

It was the second seek of September in 1998 or 99 when I was bear hunting just west of Hurley and we got several inches of snow. Up in the Lake Superior snow belt region you can sometimes still go ice fishing Memorial Day weekend. I love being up in that area.
About the only time it doesn't snow in "extreme northern Wisconsin" is June, July and August. It's almost a seperate climate zone from the rest of the state.
