Mccormick cx85 question
Hi everyone. I have a mccormick cx85 tractor which will only start intermittently.... Can run and switch of then won't start again. Then next day will start perfectly???? Have checked everything...- Andrew west

mccormick cx85 hydraulic filter
looking for hydraulic filter for my cx85. dealer is over a hundred miles away. does carquest or napa have anything i can use?- partsman03

McCormick After 10 Years
Model Year: 2003
After this time frame I feel experienced enough to review this product. The tractor has been a big disappointment with failures due to cheap craftsmanship. I will list in order: 1) AC relay replaced in first week. 2) Computerized three point is a constant problem, load cell fails. 3) Poor charging, solved by heavier ground to alternator 4) Dealer replaced injector pump lator to discover Bee in fuel line (warranty ends). 5) Steering orbital valve fittings back off and loose most fluid in field 6 Plastic screen on transmisson transfer pump dislodges and plugs filter after being ground up. this is 4 years.
Pros: Nice size for "light" work convenient features.
Cons: Terrible support after purchase.
