DK65 Kioti
Great Tractor For The Money
Model Year: 2004

I purchased this tractor after looking at the John Deere 5310, New Holland TN65 and a Massey Ferguson with the same horsepower (I don't remember the number). My Kioti dealer was exceptional. I had some hydraulic issues in the beginning and he resolved those. It has been a great tractor and now I am getting ready to update to the Kioti RX7320. I hope I get the same quality and service out of it. I have used it to clear land and run everything from a discbine to a round baler. For the money, it is as good or better than anything on the market. I have owned and ran everything from John Deere 2 cylinders , up to JD 4430's. This tractor was economical and easy to service. With the Perkins diesel engine.Iit was very dependable and started down even in below zero temperatures when I needed to feed animals in the winter. I don't really have anything bad to say about it and If I was not looking for more horses under the hood I would keep it.

Pros: Has held up well to the abuse of a hobby farmer
Cons: AC was not as cold as I thought it should be but I fixed that by adding additional insulation in the cab top cavity

Kioti DK65
Model Year: 2007

I own a cottage resort in Northern Ontario. Lots of hills/climbing, dirt roads inside my 84 acre property. We use the tractor for grading, have a winch for assisting with harvesting trees, carries sand, stone and gravel around, launches and retrieves boats, pulls our trucks and guest vehicles out of our pitched launch when they get stuck. We are very impressed with this tractor. My mechanic likes very much the thoughtful mechanical features that he only expected with a much more expensive tractor. I like the features that came with the tractor at no additional costs. I would highly recommend this tractor.

Pros: Great value for the money.
Cons: Is a little bit "light" despite the weight. I think this may only be we haven't yet loaded the tires.

My DK65 has preformed very well. I use it n to bush hog fields, pull a baler, and other implements.

Pros: The cost.
Cons: Must drain clutch housing every 50 hours.

Not That Great of a Value
Model Year: 2002

Have had more than a few material quality issues, mostly metal fatigue.

Pros: Good price.
Cons: Poor quality of materials used, doesn't hold up well stored outside.

DK65 Kioti
DK 65 with Cab and Loader
Model Year: 2007

I bought this tractor sight unseen from an online wholesaler. GA Machinery in Kitchener.I would highly recommend him, he understated the condition and was very fair on all points. He arranged delivery which was 400 kilometers for 350 bucks a hell of a deal! The tractor is perfect I would buy another in a heartbeat.

Pros: Standard equipment is quite loaded.
Cons: Not a mainstream brand.

DK65 Kioti
Kioti 901C
Model Year: 2005

When Kioti 90hp tractor 901C with front loader came to market, I took my tractor driver shopping for a cheap machine. The second choice was Belarus. The Kioti looked modern, is quiet and comfortable, the salesman said it is comparable to Kubota, but with a price tag of a Belarus. I red the warranty which promised relief to problems within 3 days. I bought machine NR 13 - first bunch ever built. I could not have been more wrong, only the color resembles Kubota, spiced with Kioti producer's total negligence on what happens after you've paid - all evil is put on dealers. I use it for haymaking on 200 ha. Still do, because it has no resale value and I can't find another fool to buy it off me. After the first 500 hours, all went well. First, it was the clutch, then the front axle, electrical wires are the wrong dimensions, so they just melted after a few years of use in the Nordic climate. The tie rod ends broke - a pair per season. Every time I complained to the representative or the factory about weaknesses I felt as a molester. Each time they denied and accused my driver, and changed the front axle, got rid of the tie rods, changed the clutch disk to ceramic and never agreed to update my machine. New Valeo disks have been customized so that you can only buy them from Kioti for double what they would cost in a spare parts shop. And in Europe that shop is in the Netherlands, never ever do you get a part from there via an intricate net of local dealers in less than 10 days! In Europe, Eastern part at least, think before spend. If you do buy it for everyday use, count that it can be out of order for weeks while you'll be waiting for parts! Parts are on order only, never in stock, you'll be able to get filters from parallel producers, but nothing else. Make a net search for parts and you'll see, try clutch or front axle - you'll get no results. You buy yourself into a web of a single supplier and that web sells you your axle like a lego, assemble it yourself, of course, if it brakes down again - you assembled it not them!

Pros: Perkins diesel, lightweight (under 4 tons), hydraulics are okay.
Cons: Maintenance, spare parts, cost, front axle, and clutch.
