Good Modern Day Tractor
Model Year: 2004
I owned this tractor for 6 years. Use it for hay harvesting and some tillage. Does a little loader work. Didn't need the front wheel assist, but purchased for thousands less than the majors. Nice all around tractor. Build quality isn't as great as LG- LS preached. Needs more steel in the shift levers, and 3 point hitch areas. The draft control is almost worthless, as it has trouble with 2- 14" land plow. Traction is the issue, not power. Rear tires are loaded. Others have told me this is an issue with most modern day tractors. They forgot how to make a draft control. Overall happy with all other uses for the tractor. Uses about 2 gallon of fuel under load. Not bad for 50 hp.
Pros: Nice overall tractor for the money.
Cons: Draft control, shift levers, and 3 point hitch light.
