My CaseIH JX60
Model Year: 2009
This tractor has been lots of fun to own. I never had a front loader on any of my previous tractors. It is amazing how useful it is. I am constantly finding new ways to use it. The Woods BX70 backhoe was a real surprise to me. It is quite powerful and amazingly sophisticated for a homeowner backhoe. It is a wonderful tool for working on plumbing, transplanting trees and shrubs, and various projects requiring a hole or a ditch. I have even pull out a stuck Ford 5000 with it. The tractor is very user friendly. I find that the controls are well placed for their function, and entering and exiting the operator's station. This machine is sized just right for the homeowner/rancher. I really love the powerful front loader with a huge bucket.
Pros: Easy to start in cold weather. Transmission shifts great, and has well placed controls. It has lots of lights, even rear worklight. Good power for small tractor. Love the joystick on the loader control. This unit, purchased with front loader, and Woods BX70 backhoe is the handiest machine I have ever owned.
Cons: The red paint tends to fade on the top surfaces of the hood and backhoe. Transmission fluid is very expensive. The switch on the rear worklight failed shortly after the first winter freeze. I replaced it with sealed toggle switch that I had purchased.
