Review of Older Compact JD 670 Tractor
Model Year: 1989
I like the tractor fine. I have had it many years and have not had to do any repairs to speak of. I use it for mowing and tilling and moving things around with the front end loader. Now I am going to fabricate a small back hoe implement, the design of which I acquired from PF engineering. I am interested in any other users experience with these small back hoes.
Pros: Lightweight so it can be trailered; 4 WD; reliable diesel engine; 3 pt hitch.
Cons: No power steering; not big enough for serious plowing.

1997 John Deere 670 MFWD
Model Year: 1997
Tractor has plenty of power for it's size.Very easy to operate.Very easy on fuel. I love it!
Pros: Power, ease of use, fuel economy.
Cons: Parts for the tractor usually have to be ordered.
